My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Looks like a rendering. Lighting is not that accurate; But I would say Semi-Gloss.

    This is not a rendering and my lighting is very accurate ...the walls are not grey there
    a oak wood with a tobacco color stain and a satin finish on the wood

    A good carpenter can give you a better answer . this was done by one of the millwork comoanies i use and they mix there own stain and spray evrything in a enclose paint comparment
