Hi Abdul,
as we stated above this exact tile was from Ann Sacks Tile&Stone ( http://www.annsacks.com/) it's called Zenweave 45,46
Based on their website it doesn't appear they stock it anymore but you should check with them.
You can also see from above that Pratt&Larson (www.prattandlarson.com), who we use all the time, has a similar tile scheme.
