thank you very much, this is a nicely done bath, considering it for our addition.

It really functions well, just enough room to not feel closed in, the glass cabinets above the washer dryer being set back really help it to feel roomier as well

How do you think I could make this work in a room that is only 7 feet wide?

I'm afraid that would be too tight a vanity cabinet is at least 23-24" max with 21" cabinet depth and counter top overhang. a washer and dryer usually need about 36" depth when all is said and done. that would only leave 24" in the middle, too tight you need at least 36" MINIMUM

Put the washer and dryer on either side of the sink in a 7' wide room in order to make that work. You could hide the washer and dryer behind cabinets and make it look like a big vanity.
