2nd story addition above garage

We're looking into doing a 2nd story addition above the existing garage and a portion of the house (behind the garage) to add a guest bedroom / bathroom / and a game room. Has anyone seen a nice looking 2nd story addition above a garage or have any suggestions to make it look aesthetically pleasing? We don't want an addition that looks like a box so something that has some depth and flows into the existing roof line would be nice. Any help or ideas appreciated!
