Need help hiding a shower

We're just about finished building a new house, but made a major mistake. My husband insisted that we include a shower in our main floor formal powder room. I was trying to minimize its presence by making it narrow…now it just looks ridiculous. The worst part is that this shower will rarely, if ever, get used. The opening for the shower (which is doorless) is 22" x 98". It's sitting on a wall that is 71" wide and 120" tall. The toilet sits about 10.5" from the wall. My thoughts are to cover the entire wall with some kind of drape, cover the opening with a very tall mirror (which i'd probably have to have custom made because i've been looking and can't find anything), or not covering it at all but suspend a mirror/piece of art in the space at the top and put a pretty shallow table in front of it with a formal lamp. dos anyone have any thoughts. designers?
