Jacobean stained red oak/Wall & Trim color

We just had our red oak floors stained with Minwax Jacobean. I am at a complete loss as to what color to paint the walls and trim (FYI the fireplace and trim pictured will be replaced). Anyone have Jacobean stained red oak that can share some paint colors that compliment it? Suggestions please! Thanks!

    Pale Gray or Khaki (what color suit would your husband wear with brown shoes - there are no orange/yellows or reds to this stain color).
