My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you for reaching out! Each pendant comes with a 4' site adjustable cordset, light bulb and ceiling canopy. If you have a previous Niche Modern pendant and you would like to change the glass shape out with another Niche pendant , you could certainly do so.
