Can you please give info on wood floor? Absolutely love it !

Its a circle sawn pine floor. You can see the saw marks across the face of each planks. Its very pretty!

We are looking at very similar flooring but am concerned that the pine is to soft. Will have a counter top area in the kitchen where there will be stools and wondering if this will leave to many marks on the floor because of the pine softness. I don't have issues with scrapes and etc that get on these rustic floors but the stool area is my concern. Any advice
