My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks, we love how the floor came out too. The floor was custom fabricated to our specs by Design Hardwood Flooring in Los Angeles. It is an engineered, 10-1/4" wide European White Oak, Prime grade plank, with a custom finish that is first wire brushed and then cerused with white oil. The finish material is made by Osmo Oil. It took several samples to get the right combination, but the end result is beautiful.
