Did you break up the concrete and leave in place? How did you do it?

We have a driveway that we'd like to do this with. Just wondering how you were able to break the concrete with such neat lines. By hand? A concrete cutter? Jackhammer? Thank you!!

I salvaged some sidewalk by scoring the slabs with a Simons blade concrete cutter. I hit the edges with a wedge to break the rest of the way through. These could then be pried up and inverted. From there you can score the slabs, raise the side and strike the score to break it into shapes.
