Master bedroom is only bedroom downstairs. 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 full baths with tubs. Our mast bath has a nice jetted tub that we never use and a very small shower (under 30" square) that cannot be enlarged to any significant degree. We would like to replace the tub area with a walk in shower and convert the shower stall to a linen closet. We will likely sell our house within the next few years so resale must be considered. I think the tiny shower will hurt us more than no tub. What are your thoughts?
