My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    2-1/4" select white oak with clear OSMO finish

    If you use OSMO (which we love very much and use everyday) please make sure you only do two coats and brush it into the wood grain. This product is meant to be absorbed into the wood, not a thin top coat film like Poly. The biggest tip is "less is more" with this stuff.
