I wrote to the Design firm, and they said it was a custom made concrete sink.

You will need a drawing to give precise measurements of the piece. I would then be talking with a good mason who can fabricate the sink for you, a cabinet maker who can cut the shelves, and a metalsmith who can fabricate the metal base for it.
