Need help finding a TV/entertainment cabinet.

I'm looking for a cabinet that places the TV about 40-42" above the floor in the space in the picture. This is a partial wall between the living room and kitchen/dining. There are "columns" on either side, and the space between them is 78" wide, 89" high, and 4.5" deep. I'm also showing you the rest of the living room. TV viewing is from the sofa or the two swivel chairs.

Look for a credenza that is 25% wider than the TV.

Yes, that table is just making do. I'm looking for something that will also inconspicuously house the cable box, DVR, DVDs and possible a couple of speakers. Best case scenario is something that will also minimize the "block hole" TV. I live in Hawaii where choice is scarce, so any specific cabinet recommendations are appreciated.

I do like these, including the "statement" piece. However, where do I put the cable box and the DVR so my remotes will work? Opening cabinet doors to watch TV doesn't appeal.
