We lean towards Wolf, with a second choice of Thermador, and a more cost effective choice of Kitchenaid. We utilize our second oven on a regular basis, but if you are not a baker it may not be as much of an issue for you. If you are looking at the 48" consider doing a rangetop with separate double oven or oven micro combo if the second oven is not that important to you. Typically, the cooking surface is where you want to spend the money for higher output and more control. The ovens are a place that you can save if budget is a consideration.
