1 1/2 baths In a 11x12 area

I want to put a master bath and a half bath in a 12x11 space. Any simple way to divide the space?

"Room 10" is the space I am dividing. The master bath only needs a 60" vanity and a walk In shower. We don't need a tub in it (our upstairs bath has a tub).

Here's an idea. Plenty of room in the master for a shower (I put in a huge one). You could even add a soaker tub or a linen cabinet if you want!

Most vanities are 22" deep. I like the idea of splitting the space up the way you did. Looking at some of the 1/2 baths on here it looks as though I can really shorten up the 1/2 bath with the right wall hung sink
