So far, I like our Thermador. We have the integrated look with frig and dishwasher. The ovens are great too. However we only have the 30" refrigeration unit. We have a large walk in pantry with a stainless frig/freezer combo.

We've had several clients go with Thermador and have been very happy with them. We have had some clients in the past that have had issues with Subzero refrigerators, so you might want to do a little research on the web for reviews.

While I can't comment on which is better, I would advise you to check on the availability of a service technician in your area for each brand. If you are in a large city, it may not be an issue but if you are in a smaller town, this could be the difference between having your fridge fixed in 1 day vs. 1 week, or more.
One of our customers bought a fridge from a very reputable brand, only to find out that the local tech "would not touch it" when a problem occurred. Instead of having it fixed, they took it back to the store and ended up with another, much more expensive fridge.

I love our subzero and wolf. I wouldn't compromise size or set up for sake of the brand though because Thermador is also a great brand. This article is great, and has a small section on appliances which may be helpful:
