My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This is a den screaming for a makeover

    Inwould like to lighten this up a bit. An aquarium 55 gallon will be going in here so faux wood flooring is what we are thinking. And sheetrock on the walls leading upstairs to brighten it up. What would you suggest. Ceiling fan definitely needs changing.
