HI, there. It's just a headboard nailed to the wall, and I picked it up at an estate sale for...$2.50! It's wicker and probably from the late 60s/early 70s. I suggest looking on craigslist, ebay and garage estate sales for something similar.

I had this wicker headboard and furniture growing up in the 70's. In fact, mom found a queen/double size version after we kids moved out. She might still have this in her closet. If anyone is interested, reply to this message. I remember the curlicue things falling off. (Notice this headboard is missing one at the top.) Mom just found one of these in a drawer and threw it out....she might have some others lying around.

I would be interested if your mom still had this headboard- let me know:) My grandmother also had one and when she passed away, my dad threw it out- it was so sad!

Mom claims she threw it out! I'm checking around to verify that this is true. She had two twin headboards and one queen headboard, and she might be confused as to which got the heave ho.
