My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello, It could work. The one in the picture is sold but I have another one that I made, It's framed though.. I am able to make more tiles so they can be applied to make a flag just like the one I have or it can be a flag theme. Share more of your thoughts, maybe some dimensions.
    If you are interested in the framed one I have, it is 23.5 inches by 19.5 inches (including the frame)
