Paint help

Kitchen came with this textured paint but I'd like to change it.... Any ideas? Kitchen is very nicely lit during the day....

Is the wall textured or just a paint technique like sponging? If it's not completely flat if will show through, so you may have to dance it first. I think a light Greige colour like BM ?Revere Pewter or Edgecombe Grey would be nice. The current colour is too close to floor colour and you need some contrast.

Quick tip for you..... pick up at least six of each swatch/color you like, tape them together from the back. It gives a much better impression of the color without having to purchase a bunch of samples. Good luck! :)

Hi---two color charts for you---BM's Brandon Beige and Coastal Fog... SW's Stone Lion and Loggia... Compare the colors to your wood tones and granite. Hope this is helpful. Good Luck!

Tried revere pewter and edge comb grey. Looks totally different on my wall!!!!

Didn't pick up the colors I suggested? Think more ash undertone is the way to go. :) Good Luck!

Be sure to prime first, especially over such a dark color... the new paint will not show true to color. Good luck! :)

I say prime first as the yellow on your walls will influence colour. Natalie gives excellent advise on paint colours so I would check out her recommendations if you aren't liking how these look. Good luck!
