What color white was used on the vanity and on the shiplap? Beautiful, thank you!

The walls are clad with a 1x8" wood ship lap siding with a 1/8" gap between each board. Most mom and pop well stocked lumber yards carry a 1x8 ship lap product in a pine, however, the grade may not be satisfactory. We always mill it or have it milled from a common wood used for interior woodworking know as poplar.

Hi, If your referencing the walls in the above picture, the paint is from Benjamin Moore, color white dove, sheen satin impervo. Hope this helps.

Hi Jonathan, we are remodeling a bathroom and looking to do a very similar design. I have some hesitation on shiplap in a bathroom given some "warping" comments / reviews. Do you feel that Poplar is the best wood in this use given shower humidity to prevent warping? Do you recommend any vapor barrier before nailing straight to the studs? I saw your advice on painting all sides to alleviate moisture issues and wasn't sure if that would suffice (also did you use a specific primer before the BM White Dove?). Thanks in advance for the wisdom!

Morning Don, You have asked some very good questions! Your concerns regarding excessive moisture are valid and are usually taken care of by bathroom ventilation under normal circumstances. If your part of the hour shower club, then ventilation might need to be stepped up a notch to keep the warm humid air moving to the outside. We have been using Poplar with good success and since we care take many of the homes we we build, I can personally say we have had no problems. There are definitely more stable woods like; Western Red Cedar and quarter sawn Douglas Fir, however, both are significantly more expensive. Painting definitely helps on all sides - I would defer to your painter on primer prep. We do not use vapor barriers as our spray foam installer recommends against it. The most important thing here is keep moisture regulated! You may want to consider looking at he FV-05-11VKS1 Panasonic WhisperGreen Select fan unit. This fan has a multitude of running options some of which allow it to run even when you have turned it off. Not sure this is the wisdom you were looking for... let me know if you if I can be of further help. J

Hi Camille, I’m no expert but for a small bathroom I would use 1X6 shiplap.
