My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello,
    It is approximately 11' - 4" wide x 8' - 2" deep. There are built-in cabinets on the right which take out 28 inches of useable space and the Washer/Dryer takes out an additional 34 inches, leaving 6' - 2" of useable floor space.
