I have an electrician coming next week to add some electrical outlets to my dining room (currently none). While he's here I was thinking of adding some lighting to the buffet. My first thought was in the upper cabinets. A second thought was light just below the upper cabinets. I'm also thinking of an outlet above so that I can put a lighted garland on the upper trim at Christmas. Do any of you have any suggestions?

Ignore the stuff on it, I'm just in the middle of a major wood refinishing project.
