We have just installed the same quartz countertops and have opted for a white crackle glazed tile back splash. The kitchen is in a Victorian house with lots of original features and as such we went with a traditional style for the cabinets.

We also thought about a light grey glass back splash which also really complimented the quartz but in the end we thought it was too contemporary for us. Good luck!

We also just completed a kitchen remodel with crackled tile and love its look!

Perhaps something that picks up on the color of the granite.
