    HI -- It's not Alyssum . This is a - Perennial - called "Snow - in -Summer " Cerastium . A carpet of woolly foliage is topped with crisp white flowers. Grows in full sun to 4 to 6 inches in height and spreads 15 to 18 inches. Hardie to( - 40) Blooms from late spring to summer.

      Looks like Alyssum to me. This white variety is called "Carpet of Snow". It's an easy-to-grow annual, favored for edging. Beautiful and dainty and fragrant. They need part sun, part shade. In Oklahoma, they generally burn up if not protected.

      I found blue star creeper at a nursery, but they say it only grows to a 6-12" spread. This looks so full and large--did you use tons of plants or does BSC actually spread much further?

      It can spread over time, as it is indeed a groundcover. The picture is a few years after planting...

      Another caution about blue star creeper, it can get very invasive. It’s not an ideal choice if you want it contained. Even in this picture I can see it sprouting in between the pavers.
