Need a builder!

I'm trying to find a builder that isn't afraid to use new, sustainable, high-tech building materials and building methods in Cheyenne, WY. I have full blueprints, but can't find a builder that is both experienced and interested in building this single family, ADA home. Must be willing to work closely with the architect and owner.

If you click on Find a Pro above, you can enter your location information and do a search for someone in your area.

Already did that - many times. Nobody that's listed there or anywhere else is INTERESTED in building the residence.

Lots! Must meet ADA requirements, remote location, non-traditional architecture, non-traditional materials (ICF walls, SIP roof) and methods (rain and gray water recapture, hydro-radiant heating), awakening of the economy with many lucrative commercial projects that finally got funded...

All of the things that you list increase the building costs above average. Have you budgeted for that increase above average? Almost any builder will be willing to do a remote build at the right price if the accommodations are taken care of for the crew.
