My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      I guess they do not know the wall color. I suspect it is more in the cream family than yellow.

      Beautiful! This reminds us of our 2016 Color of the Year - Alsot Olive (McCormick Paints 0392). As you put it, it's a warmer, "nonneutral" neutral! Here's more about Alsot Olive, a pale yellow.
