My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Don't know about the wood, but the dark colored tile is made of Porcelain.

      We are only the manufacturer of the bathtub and the sinks. Unfortunately I cannot tell you the material of the wall and floor.

      Thomas, this is a rather big bathroom (and house) and surely there are two (or even more) toilets: one for the guests and one for private use. One toilet could be just around the corner and the other one is easily accesible for the guests (in living room area). Being flexible with bathroom/toilet planning is one of the perks when building a new house.
