your doing great. it just has that hotel feel, which if fine but not cozy. you need some art on the wall above the couch, and stop with the blue now. lol. art get some art. as for the dining room im not a fan of light, or the chairs. considering the lite airy feel you have in the living room. i might consider a built in for the neiche space, with some awesome doors. raise the light fixture and make it more full. slip cover the chairs, add a rug to the space. and some art.
