Belstone makes a shower pan with integrated linear drain, but if you want more design freedom, I'm thinking you'll need to go with the age old method of liner and sloped mud bed. There are a number of trough drain products that can be incorporated into your shower floor. I would recommend one with an integral slope in the body of the housing to eliminate any standing water.........the tried and true methods are more work, but the end results will be worth the efforts.

four months later....we have hired a guy to do the shower pan the old fashioned way.....and so far everything is wonderful. He is very particular about laying the tile and it's going to be great! I'm sure the wait will be worth it!
