We are remodeling our kitchen, including putting granite countertops in. There are several granite edge profiles available ... some of them are standard while other would cost more money. The look that we utilize at our house is contemporary and what I call mediterranean / tuscan colors. Our kitchen cabinets are oak in color while the appliances are stainless steel.

What profile would you suggest (see attached)?
