My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello,

    The dimensions of the base cabinet island are 3'-6" x 2'-6". We were limited in the size due to the existing space, but we really wanted an island for entertaining. Since we only had 2'6" width, we decided to make one set of drawers shallow, and the other set closer to full size for more useful storage.

    The overhang is 17" with a 1'-4" radius.
