Thanks for the kind words. I assume you are talking about the cabinets, but to be safe, I will comment on the wood floors as well. The floors are quarter-sawn white oak. No stain was applied to them.
The wall cabinets are birch [maple would be an easy species substitute]; the stain color is a custom color to match existing stain color. There was no purchased stain color, just the finisher matching existing conditions. Sorry to not have an exact stain color name to offer.
