dimensions don't make sense

I'm assuming the width and depth numbers are flipped here? I want to mount this on the wall of a very narrow powder room off my kitchen.

Also, anyone know where that faucet comes from?

Please take a look at the following dimensions:
Item Length, Width, Height: 17.5x8x5.5 inches ; Inside Dimensions: 10 1/4″ x 6″ x 4″ inches.
Faucet is not included. The faucet is for looks only. You can use any standard size bathroom faucet.
