Hi, if the tops are flat?, depending on size, they could be end or coffee tables? Or used in a spare room? :) Pictures may help others give you more ideas. :)

Coffee table and end of bed are the most popular. You could use as a t.v. console, or entryway bench/table.

My mother uses hers as the TV stand. I have mine at the foot of my bed to sit on when I put my shoes on. We also use one as a coffee table, although we have a cut to size piece of plexiglass protecting the surface.

Don't keep them just because they have "sentimental value". They don't love you back and are not paying rent. At end of a bed may work. But as a coffee table, I think too big and bulky and coffin like. Sell or donate and don't feel guilty about it.
