My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The room is approximately 10x12. It is a small room which is why the loft is so useful.

    There is no way this room is only 10x12. If you add up two twin beds @ 40in ea, 40in in between, and two 36in closets) you are at 16ft wide. Even if my measurements are slightly off, they aren't 4ft off.

    Derek - you are correct. I went back to measure off our plans and it is 16x10. Sorry for the confusion. I must have been in a rush that day. I didn't intend to provide inaccurate information. 10' is still smaller than most of our bedrooms - making the loft valuable space. Thanks for pointing it out to us!
