We are trying to figure out what to put on this wall behind the dining room table. Artwork, mirrors, mural we need help to finish off the room.

Artwork in deep tones, an oil would be my preference, to balance the kitchen cabinets.

Decide which you want, need or like more, color or light. The mirror will reflect the light from the window but will also effectively double whatever it reflects. Artwork will accent what you have and it can add lots of personality.

A wall decal might look great in that space. What about something like this? These colors would match very well with the room and keep the accent of the wall small so as not to over power it. http://www.americanblinds.com/wallpaper/productid,71161

I would add art for interest, and make it big, to pretty much fill the wall.

I would also remove the ladder shelves behind the loveseat. The room is very busy and the space will be calmer without them.

I see your chandelier is from Pottery Barn! :) I don't see any mirrors in your pictures, How about a large, beautiful mirror on the wall to add more light to your space overall, and to reflect the light from your chandelier as well? Here's one from PB...Or Hobby Lobby may have something cheaper and just as pretty!
