Are the sections of the couch attached to one another?

Is this couch attached to each section? Or is it loose? Would the arms on the end fall over if leaned against?

I see you can purchase arms separate which is why I ask. Thanks!

On the bottom you have a u-clamp that locks two pieces together. This allows you to lock the pieces together in any formation that you want.
