Our bathroom flooded and we have to replace the entire floor. We decided to get tile to replace the linoleum and so we bought cement backer boards to lie down first but we need to cut a hole for the toilet but don't know the most economical way to go about this. I don't want to buy a terribly expensive piece of equipment I'll never use again. Any suggestions?
