My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Type of Backsplash and Paint Color

I love the color combination of the backsplash and paint. on the cabinets and trim.
What type of tile did you use and what color paint did you use as well?

    -The knobs are from Top Knobs.
    -The backsplash tile is from Susan Jablon Mosaics -- See http://www.susanjablon.com/3-4-inch-curved-white-milk-glass-subway-tile.html.
    -countertop: white princess quartzite (a natural stone not to be confused with man made quartz).
    -The faucet is from Perrin & Roe and is polished nickel.
    -sink: K-6546-4U Kohler Dickinson
    -The grout is Artic Ice by Custom Building Products.
    -cabinet hard wear: Top Knobs
    -The cabinet color is Bejamin Moore Snowfall White
    -cabinet manufacturer is Hampshire Custom Cabinetry (local)
    -Walls are BM Gray Owl. BM flat paint
    -booth seats are 6' x 2'. The tabletop is 6' x 2.5' x 30" high.Custom upholstered. Vinyl. This is a custom table the homeowner ordered online.
    -Shell chandelier: west elm. http://www.westelm.com/products/large-rectangle-hanging-capiz-pendant-white-w696/.
    -The floor is oak
    -The rug was purchased from Garnet Hill. The exact rug is no longer available.

      The backsplash was made with iridescent milk glass tiles in a basketweave pattern. The tile was purchased from Susan Jablon Mosaics (www.susanjablon.com) but does not appear to be available at this time. The cabinets and trim were all finished in Benjamin Moore Snowfall White.

      Now my question. Is this a marble countertop or cultured marble? I REALLY love it but marble is too expensive for a property we intend to rent.

      The countertops are made from slabs of natural quartzite. The variety is called "White Princess."
