Where did you find the adjustable mount for backboard?

I'm looking for an adjustable mount with a short offset from wall.

The two backboards, hoops and related products were supplied and installed by Porter Athletics. I reviewed their web site, but did not find the unit pictured. I have attached the site to this comment for your research. http://www.porterathletic.com/
