Thank you for your interest in our Naples Coastal Retreat Series custom beach home. Believe it or not, the floor throughout this home is a porcelain tile. It is a wood pattern that is mud set to eliminate grout joints and to be absolutely flat. We have had many people get on their hands and knees to make certain that it is actually not wood. The color was the main reason for selecting this material. It really creates a cool, and calm effect in this tropical environment.
The floor material specs are: DOMA3KA532/Albero 3 Wood Karri - 5" x 32". Grout used was Mapei - Ivory-unsanded.
