Bathroom shower walls

Hi

Are these walls Eco stucco ?

I was advised not to go with the concrete look for showroom because of damp issues ,is there a way around that ?

    I believe this is eco stucco in the Moroccan style tradition of tadilakt. I think you can add pigment as well...
