Please upload a floor plan with dimensions as this photo does not explain enough. Where is tub or shower, toilet and entry door? Budget limit? Maybe that will encourage more suggestions to help.

What are your must haves and what are your wants?

The toilet and shower are at the left side of entry door.

We need to have toilet and sinks here as this is the only other bathroom at this floor for bedrooms other than the master.

Thinking of some rearrangements of everything here so that it looks chic and usable.

Do you plan to remodel everything or just rearrange/redecorate?

Also need to fit in the laundry here as there's no room for it anywhere else.

If there is a shower and a toilet yet to this washroom, it seems like a good size space to work with. You have a lot of possibilities. Could you give us some dimensions to work with?

I dont have the dimesions handy at the moment. We yet have to move in to this house. I will provide you as soon as I get them. In the meantime, any ideas are welcome. I am also confused about whether we should split the laundry and bathroom or have them together?

Personally I would keep them all one room, but I would build in the washer & dryer. Probably having them stacked, and incorporating the vanity into a folding area by having the sink to one side, and a raised portion for the folding. Build in an ironing board, lots of storage for linens and towels.
If you don't like stackables, you can do a lovely built in around the washer & dryer after knocking the walls around them down.

The dimensions are 7'3" X 11'

Here is my suggested layout. The linen cabinet is a standard 24" depth and move doors to face of tub wall under a new bulkhead. The void space behind cabinet hides your old laundry connections so you do not have to spend as much on wall repairs.

This view shows the stacked laundry. Be sure to check plumbing and electrical codes as sometimes emergency shut offs need to be within reach of the front. Verify that the dryer vent will work.

I suggest that your towel bars be double stacked and the toilet roller move away from wet hanging towels. The shower walls are glass subway tiles with stone accent.

My suggestion for a corner vanity medicine cabinet has glass doors, glass shelves with glass wall tiles on cabinet backs.

Add stainless privacy mini blinds to window and recessed task lighting over laundry work areas to view stains and distinguish between dark colored fabrics.

We checked the plumbing for washer and dryer. Plumber suggests not stacking them because of the connections and stuff. Would you recommend design for this case. I will appreciate your suggestion. TIA

I suggest you filter and follow only the important advice from plumbers. Its not difficult to make this work by using the void space behind the linen and using the existing dryer vent. Ask three different plumbers before you change the design. If they all agree, then keep your existing bath and just update.
