Both the Wolf and the Thermador are excellent choices. I didn't go quite that high end, but I went back and forth over the choice of 4 burner with griddle vs. 6 burner and finally went with the 4. Years later I have never used the griddle, but there are times an extra burner would come in handy. Especially during the holidays!
