My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This is the classic chesterfield at 85". We make it smaller at 81", 74" and 69" or larger at 91", 96" and 102"

      In the 74" length it is $2199. Shipping is going to be right around $300. The best way to order the piece is to contact us directly. Its not a size that we offer through houzz currently.
