My kitchen cabinets are being painted white (Benjamin Moores White Dove) and I want to redo the countertops. The kitchen is a part of one great room that includes the dining and living rooms. The walls have all been painted in Gray Owl by Benjamin Moore. Should I go with dark countertops such as soapstone or granite in something like jet mist or should I do light countertops such as a quartz that looks like marble?
