Being the photographer, not the designer I had no idea... however, after a lot of searching and questions being asked, it would appear that the cabinets are a custom design by Ciccone Simone in Toronto. They are also the designer for the rest of the space too.

The wood is sourced from Satin Finish and according to their sales manager, "check out our website at www.satinfinsh.com under the category hardwood/European/empire/zebrano".

Further, according to the team at Ciccone Simone, the millwork, which is custom was built by a company called Living Arts, also in Toronto.
