Corner fireplace

We are building a new home with a very nice great room with corner fireplace. There is very little wall space on each side of FPL, then lots of glass. I'm trying to get used to the idea of the tv above the FPL but I'm stumped on how to design the FPL and flanking wall space. Worried it's going to look "cold".
Suggestions?
